Our seafood dishes are crafted from a careful selection of the day’s catch, prepared with precision to bring out every flavor.

Reservations for the four outdoor terrace tables are available for adults only, with a maximum of two guests per table. Each reservation session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Outdoor lunch sessions:

From 12:00 PM till 1:30 PM
From 1:30 PM till 3:00 PM

Outdoor dinner sessions:

From 6:00 PM till 7:30 PM
From 7:30 PM till 9:00 PM
From 9:00 PM till 10:30 PM

To make a reservation, please click on the TERRACE TABLE button and select your preferred time slot. If a time appears greyed out, it means the session is fully booked due to limited availability. Please note that all reservations are handled exclusively online via EasyTable.

If you are unable to select a time slot for your reservation, we are sorry but the trattoria is fully booked!

In the event of a delay without prior notice, your reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which it will be considered canceled.

Please note that group reservations are only accepted for lunch.

Tucked into a quiet corner of Dorsoduro, a short walk from the Frari, Dona Onesta is the Venice you hope to find. The terrace tables sit right over the canal — only a handful of them, worth booking well ahead. The kitchen leans on the day's catch: sarde in saor, a seafood risotto heavy with clams and mussels, pasta that tastes like someone's grandmother is still checking. Warm, unhurried service, a well-chosen wine list, and tiramisu worth the extra course.
